HUSTLE CITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hustle City website, mobile application, web application, community features, subscriptions, prize draws and related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Hustle City.

1. About Hustle City

Hustle City is a gamified self-improvement and lifestyle platform designed to help users organise goals, complete habits, track progress, participate in challenges, interact with community features and unlock virtual rewards.

In these Terms, "Hustle City", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator listed above.

"Service" means the Hustle City website, mobile application, web application and all connected features.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, purchasing a subscription, entering a prize draw or using any Hustle City feature, you agree to these Terms.

You must not use the Service if you do not agree with these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Subscription Terms and any individual Prize Draw Official Rules also apply where relevant.

Where there is a conflict:

The Official Rules for a particular prize draw will apply to that draw.
Specific subscription terms shown at purchase will apply to that subscription.
These general Terms will apply to all other use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a general Hustle City account.

If you are below the age at which you can legally enter into a contract in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Unless the Official Rules for a particular draw state otherwise, users must be at least 18 years old to enter a prize draw involving a real-world prize.

Certain features may be restricted based on:

age;
country or region;
local laws;
platform requirements;
subscription status; or
account standing.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Hustle City is lawful in your location.

4. User accounts

You may need to create an account to access Hustle City features.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your information updated.

You are responsible for:

keeping your login details secure;
activities performed through your account;
preventing unauthorised access; and
notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not:

create an account using another person's identity;
impersonate another person or organisation;
sell, transfer or share your account;
create accounts to avoid restrictions;
use automated systems to create accounts; or
provide false eligibility or age information.

We may require identity, age or eligibility verification before allowing access to certain features, awarding prizes or processing account-related requests.

5. Nature of the Service

Hustle City includes features such as:

goals and habits;
Top 5 Priorities;
Timebox planning;
streaks and progress tracking;
missions and challenges;
Hustle 60;
Boss Ladder races;
championships;
virtual vehicles and properties;
audiobooks and educational content;
artificial-intelligence features;
community posts, comments and crews;
prize tickets and prize draws;
virtual cash, XP, Knowledge and rewards; and
free and Premium membership features.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, platform or country.

6. Self-improvement and educational disclaimer

Hustle City is intended for motivation, organisation, education and entertainment.

The Service does not provide professional:

medical advice;
psychological treatment;
legal advice;
tax advice;
financial advice;
investment advice; or
employment advice.

Any goals, recommendations, motivational content, AI-generated responses or educational materials are general information only.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

Hustle City does not guarantee:

financial success;
employment;
business growth;
improved health;
achievement of a particular goal;
increased income; or
any specific personal outcome.

You should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

7. Artificial-intelligence features

Hustle City may provide AI-generated guidance, goal suggestions, motivational responses, summaries, missions or other content.

AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate or outdated.

You must independently assess important information before relying on it.

You must not use Hustle City's AI features:

to make emergency decisions;
as a replacement for professional advice;
to generate unlawful or harmful content;
to violate another person's rights; or
to bypass the rules of the Service.

We may restrict AI usage, introduce fair-use limits or suspend access where necessary to prevent abuse, excessive costs or security risks.

8. Virtual items, cash, XP, Knowledge and rewards

Hustle City may provide virtual items and balances, including:

virtual cash;
XP;
Knowledge;
vehicles;
properties;
badges;
prize tickets;
progression rewards; and
cosmetic items.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, virtual items:

have no real-world monetary value;
are not legal currency;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be transferred between users;
cannot be sold outside Hustle City;
are licensed to you rather than owned by you; and
may only be used within the Service.

You must not attempt to:

manipulate balances;
duplicate rewards;
exploit technical errors;
create unauthorised ownership records;
falsify mission completions;
generate fraudulent prize entries;
modify app data; or
use automation, scripts or bots to earn rewards.

We may correct balances or remove virtual items that were awarded because of fraud, duplication, technical error or a breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will investigate disputed corrections before taking permanent action.

9. Premium subscriptions

Hustle City may offer monthly, annual, trial, promotional, Founder or Beta access plans.

The exact price, billing period, trial length and included features will be displayed before you subscribe.

Subscription payments may be processed through providers such as:

Apple App Store;
Google Play;
RevenueCat;
Stripe; or
another authorised payment provider.

9.1 Automatic renewal

Unless clearly stated otherwise, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise the relevant payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee and any legally required taxes.

9.2 Free trials

A free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before the displayed deadline.

The trial length, conversion price and renewal period will be shown before you confirm the subscription.

Eligibility for a trial may be limited to new or qualifying users.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials is prohibited.

9.3 Cancellation

You may cancel through the platform or payment provider used to purchase the subscription.

Examples include:

Apple subscription settings;
Google Play subscription settings; or
the applicable web billing portal.

Deleting the Hustle City app or ceasing to use it does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Following cancellation, Premium access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

9.4 Refunds

Refund requests may be handled by the payment provider through which the subscription was purchased.

Refund availability depends on:

applicable consumer law;
payment-provider rules;
the reason for the request; and
whether the Service has already been supplied.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you.

9.5 Price and feature changes

We may change subscription prices or Premium features.

Where required, we will provide notice before a price change takes effect.

A price change will not normally affect a billing period that has already been paid for.

9.6 Grace periods and failed payments

If a payment fails, your provider may place the subscription into a grace period.

Premium access may continue temporarily while payment is retried.

If payment is not completed, Premium access may expire or be suspended.

9.7 Founder, Beta and manually granted access

We may grant temporary Premium access to founders, beta testers, partners, staff or promotional users.

Such access:

may have an expiry date;
may not include every paid feature;
is not transferable;
has no cash value; and
may be withdrawn where it was granted in error, abused or used in breach of these Terms.

10. Prize tickets

Prize Tickets are virtual entry tokens that may be earned through eligible Hustle City activities or granted through an authorised promotion.

Activities may include:

missions;
challenges;
Boss Ladder races;
championships;
streaks;
Daily Hustle Circle rewards; or
other activities displayed within the Service.

Prize Tickets:

have no monetary value;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be sold or transferred;
may be limited to a particular prize-draw tier;
may expire where this is clearly stated; and
may only be used through the official prize-entry process.

Prize Tickets must not be purchased for real money unless we expressly introduce a legally compliant system supported by separate Official Rules.

We may correct ticket balances resulting from duplication, fraud, technical errors or unauthorised activity.

11. Prize draws

Each Hustle City prize draw will have separate Official Rules.

The Official Rules should identify:

the promoter;
eligibility requirements;
included and excluded countries;
minimum age;
opening and closing dates;
available prize;
entry method;
number of Prize Tickets required;
any free entry method where applicable;
winner-selection method;
winner-notification process;
claim deadline;
delivery restrictions; and
any applicable taxes or costs.

11.1 Entry

An entry is only valid when:

the user is eligible;
the required Prize Tickets have been deducted;
a valid Prize Entry record has been created; and
the entry is received before the draw closes.

Once an entry has been confirmed, the Prize Tickets used are generally non-refundable.

Tickets may be restored where:

we cancel the draw;
a confirmed technical error prevented valid participation;
an entry was duplicated by our system; or
applicable law requires it.

11.2 Tiered prize draws

Hustle City may organise prize draws into separate tiers.

A ticket earned for one tier may not be valid for another tier unless expressly stated.

Tickets for future or locked tiers may remain stored until the relevant tier becomes available, subject to any clearly disclosed expiry terms.

11.3 Winner selection

Winners will be selected using the method explained in the applicable Official Rules.

Selection may be performed programmatically from valid Prize Entry records.

We may audit the selection process and verify eligibility before confirming a winner.

The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries and any other factors explained in the Official Rules.

11.4 Winner verification

Potential winners may be required to provide:

proof of identity;
proof of age;
proof of residence;
contact details;
eligibility confirmation; or
information reasonably required to deliver the prize.

A potential winner may be disqualified if they:

fail eligibility checks;
provide false information;
used fraud or automation;
breached these Terms;
fail to respond within the stated deadline; or
cannot legally receive the prize.

Where permitted, an alternative winner may then be selected.

11.5 Prize substitution and cancellation

We may substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend, modify or cancel a draw where fraud, technical failure, legal restrictions or circumstances outside our control materially affect its fairness or operation.

If a draw is cancelled, affected Prize Tickets will normally be returned.

11.6 Platform disclaimer

Hustle City prize draws are sponsored and administered by the Hustle City operator identified in the applicable Official Rules.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, responsible for, or involved in Hustle City prize draws, winner selection or prize fulfilment.

12. Community features

Hustle City may allow users to create or share:

posts;
comments;
reactions;
profile information;
crew messages;
images;
goals;
achievements; or
other user-generated content.

You remain responsible for content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

is unlawful;
is threatening or harassing;
promotes hatred or discrimination;
contains sexual exploitation or illegal sexual material;
encourages violence or self-harm;
infringes intellectual-property rights;
reveals another person's private information;
impersonates another person;
is fraudulent or misleading;
contains malware or harmful code;
is spam or unauthorised advertising;
manipulates community engagement; or
violates our Community Guidelines.

13. Licence to user-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create.

By submitting content to Hustle City, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

host;
store;
reproduce;
display;
format;
moderate;
distribute; and
make technically necessary modifications to

that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service.

This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where:

copies remain in backups for a reasonable period;
the content has been shared by other users;
retention is legally required; or
the content is needed to investigate a violation.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content.

14. Moderation, reporting and blocking

Users may report content or accounts for reasons including:

spam;
harassment;
hate speech;
threats;
impersonation;
inappropriate content;
fraud; or
other Community Guideline violations.

We may:

review reported content;
hide or remove content;
restrict posting or messaging;
issue warnings;
suspend accounts;
remove accounts;
preserve evidence;
cooperate with lawful authorities; or
take other proportionate action.

We are not required to publish every item of content submitted by users.

Moderation decisions may involve human review, automated systems or both.

Users may contact contact@hustlecity.app if they believe a moderation decision was made incorrectly.

15. Intellectual property

Hustle City and its associated content are protected by intellectual-property laws.

This includes:

the Hustle City name and logo;
characters;
artwork;
app design;
maps and districts;
written content;
software;
music and sound;
animations;
databases;
reward systems; and
branding.

Except for the limited right to use the Service personally, no rights are transferred to you.

You must not:

copy or redistribute Hustle City content;
reverse engineer the Service;
extract or reproduce databases;
use Hustle City assets commercially;
create unauthorised derivative products;
remove copyright notices; or
use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Any third-party content remains the property of its respective owner and is used under the applicable licence.

16. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break any applicable law;
access another user's account;
bypass security or ownership restrictions;
interfere with servers or networks;
exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
scrape or harvest user information;
use bots, scripts or automation;
manipulate rewards or leaderboards;
submit fraudulent prize entries;
upload malicious software;
abuse support or reporting systems;
conduct unauthorised commercial activity; or
use Hustle City to harm another person.

If you discover a security problem, report it privately to contact@hustlecity.app rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it.

17. Third-party services

Hustle City may depend on third-party services such as:

hosting providers;
app stores;
payment processors;
authentication providers;
analytics services;
AI providers;
email providers;
notification providers; and
content-delivery services.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Availability and updates

We aim to keep Hustle City available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

maintenance;
upgrades;
technical problems;
internet outages;
third-party failures;
security incidents; or
events outside our reasonable control.

We may release updates that change functionality or require users to install a newer version.

We may discontinue outdated app versions where necessary for security, compatibility or operational reasons.

19. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your account where we reasonably believe that:

you breached these Terms;
you committed fraud;
you manipulated rewards or entries;
your activity threatens users or the Service;
you repeatedly violated Community Guidelines;
continued access creates legal or security risk; or
we are required to act by law.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

Serious violations may result in immediate action.

You may stop using Hustle City at any time.

You may request account deletion using the in-app account controls or by contacting contact@hustlecity.app.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google or another external provider.

20. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Hustle City Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

what information we collect;
why we collect it;
the legal bases we rely on;
how we use it;
service providers we share it with;
how long it is retained;
your privacy rights;
how to request deletion; and
how to raise a complaint.

21. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights relating to:

digital services;
subscriptions;
cancellations;
refunds;
unfair contract terms;
faulty digital content; and
payment disputes.

These rights may differ depending on your country.

22. Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that:

were not reasonably foreseeable;
resulted from your breach of these Terms;
arose from inaccurate information you supplied;
resulted from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account;
arose from third-party services outside our reasonable control; or
relate to business activity where the Service was provided for personal use.

Hustle City is primarily intended for personal, consumer use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
deliberate misconduct; or
any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

new features;
legal requirements;
safety improvements;
payment changes;
platform requirements; or
changes to our operations.

The latest version will be published on the Hustle City website.

Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email or by another appropriate method.

Continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory laws in your country give you additional rights.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, but consumers living elsewhere may also have the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

Replace this section if the Hustle City operating business is established in another jurisdiction.

26. General provisions

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring or sale, provided this does not reduce your consumer rights.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, applicable Subscription Terms and Prize Draw Official Rules, form the agreement between you and Hustle City regarding the Service.
